Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Upload your image. Choose an image with a clear subject (person, object) against a relatively simple background. The AI needs to distinguish your subject from the background.

Step 2: Wait for AI processing. The tool automatically removes the background using AI. This creates the layered effect: background → text → subject.

Step 3: Add text layers. Click "Add Text Layer" to create text. Type your message, then customize font, size, color, and position. Add multiple layers for complex designs.

Step 4: Customize text appearance. Adjust basic settings (font, size, color, position, shadow) or click "Advanced Settings" for rotation, tilt, opacity, stroke, blur, and skew.

Step 5: Apply image filters (optional). Switch to the Image tab to adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and apply presets like Vibrant, Warm, or Vintage.

Step 6: Download. Preview your design, then click Download to save as a high-resolution PNG.

Font selection. Over 100 fonts including bold display fonts (Bebas Neue, Anton, Oswald), handwriting scripts (Pacifico, Dancing Script), modern sans-serifs (Poppins, Montserrat), and decorative options.

Position and scale. Drag sliders to position text horizontally and vertically. Adjust font size from 20-200px and font weight from thin (100) to black (900).

Colors and shadows. Full color picker for text and shadow colors. Adjust shadow size, offset, and blur for depth effects.

Advanced transforms. Rotation (-180° to 180°), 3D tilt on X and Y axes, skew, scale, and opacity controls create dynamic, dimensional text.

Text effects. Add stroke/outline, letter spacing, and blur effects. Combine settings to create unique typographic styles.

Aspect ratio presets. Auto (original), 9:16 Portrait, 16:9 Landscape, 1:1 Square, 4:3, and 3:4. Match the output to your intended platform.

Filter presets. One-click presets: Original, Vibrant, Warm, Cool, Dramatic, Soft, Vintage, and Bold. Quick starting points for your look.

Manual adjustments. Fine-tune brightness, contrast, saturation, blur, hue, and sepia. These filters apply to both the background and subject layers.

Choose clear subjects. The AI background removal works best with well-defined subjects against contrasting backgrounds. Complex or busy backgrounds may not separate cleanly.

Position text strategically. Place text where it overlaps the subject for the "behind" effect. Text in empty space appears as regular overlay, not behind.

Use bold, readable fonts. Large, bold fonts (Bebas Neue, Anton, Impact) create the strongest visual impact. Script fonts can work but may be harder to read.

Add shadow for depth. A subtle shadow on the text creates more convincing depth between text and subject layers.

Less is more. One or two impactful text layers often work better than cluttered multi-layer designs. Keep your message focused. Great for creating eye-catching content for fashion brands and coaches building personal brands.
